The videos below are samples from a selection of projects I’ve lead and produced during my time working at Vista Higher Learning and as a freelancer for other companies.

GALERíA VIDEO SERIES

This episode is part of a video series produced for a language program serving heritage speakers in U.S. high schools and colleges. I coordinated closely with the production team in Cali, Colombia, and internal content experts to ensure the video was engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the learning objectives. I managed the project from preproduction through final delivery.

Notebook: “Perder” by Mar Fayos

I got my hands dirty creating this micro music documentary for college Spanish students. I pitched the concept, scouted locations, recruited a team of 12 crew and talent, then directed everyone on shoot day as well as running B cam. I then handled all post production (editing, animation, audio mixing, etc…) [Produced at VHL]

3XR + Big Commerce Launch

3XR needed a clear, engaging way to announce their new integration with BigCommerce, one of the world’s largest ecommerce platforms. I produced this marketing video to showcase the launch, combining motion graphics, screen captures, and an interactive QR code to demonstrate the user experience. The piece served as both customer-facing collateral and a visual aid for investor presentations.

Animated Grammar Tutorials

I produced the first German-language version of VHL’s animated grammar tutorials, managing a fully cross-functional effort that included an external animation studio and internal teams in editorial, engineering, and marketing. I developed clear workflows and production standards that enabled the project to transition smoothly to a junior team member after the initial demo phase. The final deliverable included 60 animated videos with accompanying interactive activities for the company’s flagship online German program. [Produced at VHL]

Panorama Cultural snippetS

This project focused on producing 42 short-form instructional videos for the best-selling college Spanish program in the U.S. By streamlining the production workflow, we were able to deliver a large volume of clear, engaging snippets efficiently and on schedule. [Produced at VHL]

NEBS Awards - Social Media Post

After VHL won multiple awards at the New England Book Show, the marketing team needed a short, energetic video to share across social media. With NEBS trending in the publishing space, I produced this video—editing, adding motion graphics, and finalizing assets—on a 24-hour turnaround to maximize visibility and engagement. [Produced at VHL]

Freeflow Spas: How To

When Freeflow started using 3D models to sell their hot tubs, they soon found a large portion of their older market demographic struggled to use the AR feature on their smart phones. The marketing team wanted an explainer video that they could put in the hands of their retail partners to help customers as soon as possible. This short and energetic video worked well for that purpose and was created in 1 day.

Prototype: Grammar Tutorials

This was an extremely low budget proof of concept. For 10 years, VHL had been using the same animation style to present grammar concepts in video format. I wondered why no one had ever thought to do a live action style video. I pitched the idea and got a tiny budget that allowed me to hire an animation grad student who was temping as our receptionist and a Guitar Center associate moonlighting as an actor. They both did an awesome job! The video was well received as a proof of concept, but the editorial team decided to update the animation style instead of changing to a live action format. Audio Mix for Wayfair Commercial

Of all the commercials I mixed for Wayfair over the years, this was my favorite. I love the paper animation. Adding the sound effects was a lot of fun, and, mercifully, this commercial did not use one of their jingles…

Blogs for 3XR

I launched 3XR’s blog. After working with the COO and marketing team to define basic brand guidelines, I researched, wrote and created graphics for blog posts that told a story around 3D’s role in commerce and 3XR’s unique capabilities to help businesses.
